Attire: Irish/Scottish Tartan Kilts or Business/Sunday Best.
Welcome friends and family to the celebration of our heritage Irish descent wedding. If you have a clan to represent and wish to dress in a kilt/sash, we welcome you to do so, but it is not required. The ceremony will start at 4 pm sharp in the main hall from the entry way; followed by the reception in the gold ball room to the left of the ceremony. We ask that during the ceremony please reframe from taking videos or pictures, as this will take away from the photographers' photos.
Entertainment will be provided during our couple and family photos. The bride and groom will be providing one drink for each guest during the toast. Any additional alcohol will be at each guest personal cost. Per the venue outside alcohol is not allowed. Please understand your drinking limit, any guest that becomes too intoxicated will be sent home in an uber.
Through this website or via mail, we strongly encourage each guest to RVSP by January 21, 2026. This gives us a proper head count and allows us to plan for the comfort of out-of-town guest. A questionnaire is attached in the RSVP. Please note that if you have not spoken to us in advance and do not have a plus one attached to your group RVSP, then we will not have enough food or a seat for unexpected guest at this venue.
Send off of the couple is at 9:30 pm, and all guests must be out of the venue before 10 pm. This allows the venue to have time to clean the ballroom.
Our wedding has a 12+ age restriction, and we request parents to first look for a babysitter. If you are unable to do so we will have limited childcare option off site. Priority childcare will first be given to those who live out of town.
